It has been a while since we did a Tuscany wine dinner and to mark the occasion, we have the pleasure of welcoming sommelier Matt Davis, from Lux wines, to Gia to lead our wine dinner. Tuscany is such a an evocative region with its rolling hills and endless vineyards and for many represents the quintessential Italy. And we are spoilt for choice in both the wines and food options.

We have chosen a fabulous selection of mostly red wines, taking in the most prestigious areas- the Bolgheri super-Tuscans, the Chianti Classico region and the Brunellos from Montalcino.

As always, we will be designing a regional Tuscan menu to match the wines.
