cocktail 101 class

we do enjoy opening the restaurant up on an “off night” and brian loves to share his cocktail knowledge.
join us for an interactive cocktail 101 class where you will be guided through the making of several classic cocktails. led by our bartender, brian madden, you will be guided through the principles of shaking cocktails, seasoning them correctly and tips & tricks for tweaking the classics.
there will be plenty of tasting and drinking as we go, some hands-on action and a selection of bar snacks. there are only 10 seats at the bar! we can’t wait for this fun event…

gd vajra wine dinner- SOLD OUT

we are delighted to host kevin natoli, from gd vajra, to gia in june to host a wine dinner with us. gd vajra is a fabulous family-run wine estate in piedmont, where lisa and jo have toured and tasted together and it is with excitement that we plan a wine tasting with matched small plates to accompany the wines from this estate.
kevin will bring his knowledge and expertise to the dinner and we can’t wait to meet him and learn more about the range of wines we will be tasting. expect fruit driven barbera, big barolos and a few other interesting wines that we don’t normally get a chance to pour. seats are very limited and we expect this to sell out in a flash.
