Summer always evokes the south of Italy and no area more than Sicily whose wine and culinary gems seem to be perfectly fitted to the summer months. This wine dinner will take us through a tour of classic Sicilian food, paired with its bright racy white wines, mineral driven Etna reds and its bolder, sun-soaked Nero d’Avolas.

Along with a few other producers, we will be taking a deep dive in to the wines of Arianna Occhipinti, tasting her olive oil and understanding her unique wine philosophy and how she is shaping the wine making across Sicily.
