Come and learn how to make limoncello with us! We are proud of the extensive limoncellos and other citrus liqueur that we make in house at Gia and would love to share our knowledge with you. This limoncello making class, led by our bartenders Brian and Jeff, takes us on a deep dive in to the history and theory of making limoncello and other zest-based liqueurs.

In this hand-on class, you will be guided through the process of making your own jar of limoncello. You will start the process during the class and walk away with everything you need to complete your project at home. Included is a large mason jar for your lemony infusion and a bottle to decent it in to when it is finished.

The class is kicked off with a glass of prosecco accompanied by snacks and charcuterie from the gia kitchen. It concludes with a glass of limoncello to celebrate your successful hard work!
